Director

Gary Ellerd-Elliott

Gary Ellerd-Elliott began his property journey in 2006 after leaving a successful career as a customer service manager for a major UK bank. He has personally bought and sold over 100 properties specialising in buy to lets and buying properties to do up and sell. He has also co-owned an estate agency under the Hunters franchise before deciding to leave this business and start out on becoming a developer. 
 
This experience gave him a great insight into the local property market and gained him a sharp eye for identifying potential in homes and land.
 
Gary’s experience has seen him identify, refurbish and convert properties for resale as well as look to make use of under-utilised land. The largest project to date was the conversion of a closed village pub with out buildings and large car park into 4 homes and 1 new build home. 
 
Gary’s experience in customer service makes him value the importance of building relationships to deliver on the potential of under-utilised land for landowners and investors alike and to create a lasting legacy of beautiful homes.
